Master Chief is Flooded?

Everyone knows that the Flood is a terrible disease that the Forerunners turned into after they gave their power to the humans. Everyone knows that it is very contagious and can destroy worlds in weeks due to the highly intelligent hive mind. As the Master Chief destroys Halo in Halo 3, what you didn't see, was that one Flood Infection Form made it onboard. You know, the little baby Flood. In this case, it actually was a baby Flood. It had just been born and its family was all running somewhere, so he had to follow them. He saw this weird green guy running into a ship and he wanted to follow him. Anyway, while the Master Chief was getting into his cryotube after being stuck in space, the baby Flood snuck into the cryotube with him because he liked the parental feel of him. As he got in, the cryotube was locked and the baby Flood got sad because he knew he wasn't getting out. After two years in the cryotube, the baby Flood finally knew what he was supposed to do. As you know, the Flood will infect everyone. Because he was in a cryotube, his growth and aging were extremely slowed. After two years, it finally clicked that he was supposed to kill him. As he infected the Chief, he woke up and crushed the Flood in his hand. Do you know why the armor was changed in Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Infinite? That's because they had to clone him and quarantine the clone to disinfect him.
